Peki, gerçek te cam cephe nedir?

Cam cephe sistemleri, halatlı gergi, cam kolonlu tayıcı, paslanmaz doru destekli, ahşap kiriş destekli yüzeyi camla kapalıdır. Ancak kenarları çerçevesiz ve derz Aralıkları 10-12mm. Yapısal cam merdivenler yapımında ilk dikkat edilmeniz gerek, kendi kütlesel ağırlığı ve basamak açıklığı ölçüsüdür. Hesaplar neticesinde istenmeyen yükler çıkarsa alt çelik takviye yapılması gerekir. Bir çelik takivye yapılırsa artık o bir cam merdiven olamaz. Çelik taşıyıcılı cam basamaktır.

CAM MERDİVEN KULLANIMI

Günümüzde villa projeleri oldukça azalsada bunların nedenlerinden birisi arsa üretimi ve diğeri inşaat maliyetlerin yüksek olmasıdır. Ancak bu yine de ülkemizde villa yapılmasına engel değildir. Ülkemizde konut yapı projelerinde ahşap merdiven sistemleri nin yapısı daha çok tercih edilebilmektedir. Cam merdivenler için otel projeler ve ticari projeler daha çok uyugn olmaktadır.

Buna göre, ülkemizde maliyeti ve işçiliği avrupaya göre çok düşüktür. Yurt dışından siparişleri almamızın en etkin sebeplerinden biridir. Yerli müteahhitlerimizin yurdışındaki projelerinde cam merdivenleri kullanması genelde otel projelerinde olmaktadır. Ayrıca villa projeleride cam merdivenleri görmek mümkündür.
